Atlanta Artist and Educator

Art, Flowers, and Creative Play

I’m Meredith!

I’m an Atlanta-based artist and educator exploring the expressive language of flowers through loose, colorful acrylic and watercolor paintings, handmade books, and creative workshops.

Abstract watercolor artwork featuring colorful flowers, leaves, and layered floral patterns on paper.

Art

My work is rooted in the beauty and impermanence of nature—and in the ways making things can help us slow down, connect, celebrate, grieve, notice, and wonder.

Teaching

From my East Atlanta studio to classrooms and community spaces around Atlanta, I invite adults, children, and families to paint, make books, experiment, and rediscover how capable and creative they already are.

Writing

My essays are reflections on motherhood and making art, creation and connection, presence and change, keeping and letting go.
